FastTrack’s updated Covid19 Policy

In our FastTrack offices, we will resume wearing masks or face shields immediately. We will also halt any gatherings between offices and maintain social distancing rules for all individuals while at work. No one should come to work or to the office if they have any cold, flu, COVID, sinus infection, or other similar symptoms.

Effective Immediately, FastTrack Staffing will follow the guidelines below to determine requirements for a return to work for the following:

Employee has principal symptoms of COVID-19:

Employee shall not report to work until one of the following is met:

  1. A negative diagnostic test result has been received.
  2. ALL OF THE FOLLOWING APPLY:
    1. The isolation period has passed since the principal symptoms of COVID‑19 started.
    2. The employee’s principal symptoms of COVID‑19 have improved.
    3. If the employee had a fever, 24 hours have passed since the fever subsided without the use of fever-reducing medication.

 

Positive Test Individuals:

Employee must not report to work until “they are advised by a health care provider or public health professional that they have completed their isolation period,” or, all of the following are met:

  1. If the employee has a fever, 24 hours have passed since the fever has stopped without the use of fever-reducing medications.
  2. The isolation period has passed (14 days)
  3. The employee’s principal symptoms of COVID‑19 have improved.

 

Employees with a Positive test, but Asymptomatic:

Employee shall not report to work until one of the following is met:

  1. 10-day quarantine without a test
  2. 7-day quarantine with a negative test result.  (Test should not be more than 48 hours before the 7 day period.

 

Contact with an individual who tests positive for COVID‑19:

Employee shall not report to work until one of the following is met:

  1. The quarantine period has passed since the employee last had close contact with the individual.
  2. The employee is advised by a health care provider or public health professional that they have completed their period of quarantine.

 

Contact with an individual with COVID symptoms:

No quarantine necessary; employees can continue to report to work.

 

*Principal Symptoms

One of more of the following not explained by a known medical or physical condition:

  1. Fever
  2. Shortness of breath
  3. Uncontrolled cough

or

Two or more of the following not explained by a known medical or physical condition:

  1. Abdominal pain
  2. Diarrhea
  3. Loss of taste or smell
  4. Muscle aches
  5. Severe headaches
  6. Sore throat
  7. Vomiting
