Retirement Planning/401k

FastTrack Staffing offers a 401k plan through American Funds. Enrollment is twice a year for eligible employees. (Eligible employees will have worked at least 1,000 hours during their first calendar year of employment). You will be notified via email once you’re eligible for make sure your contact information is up to date!

Medical Insurance (HSA)

FastTrack Staffing offers our full-time employees the option to enroll in a HSA Medical plan through Florida Blue. Enrollment will be processed though a special portal, registration emails will be sent to all eligible employees, and you have 60 days to accept or decline coverage. Coverage will start at 90 days. Specific plan information is only available through the portal so don’t forget to register!
